It has one bedroom with two beds, a sleeping area off the main living room with 1 bed and 2 beds in the loft with room for more. The cabin lighting and fans are run on solar. Electric is available at the road, but solar is what currently powers the structure. There is a composting toilet in the bathroom. There is no water well or septic. A woodburning stove provides the heat. Cabin completely furnished. There is outdoor propane-fired shower and a 12’x16’ shed. Mix of woods, brush and transition, scattered apple trees and open patches. Two food plots, elevated box blinds and multiple portable ladder stands, interior trails, pond stocked with bass, bluegill, perch. Gas well on property and all oil, gas, mineral and timber rights transfer. Free gas is available from the well and could be connected to the cabin.
